None.
The 10th Amendment gives the states supremacy over the Federal Government. contrary ,to lincoln's and f.d.r's best efforts the answer is still none.
and while we're on the subject of states rights ,they weren't guaranteed by the framers ,many of which abhorred the practice,of perpetuating slavery.there was even a time bomb included in the declaration that insured that slavery would not be allowed to exist in perpetuity,"all men are endowed...".this being said ,the main purpose of a strong state government with a well armed and trained militia ,was to prevent the the federal government from becoming exactly what we have today.an out of control self feeding bureaucracy, and the biggest threat to liberty in the world today.Technically nothing gives the Federal government supremacy over the states. The Constitution was set up to give individuals and states more rights than the Federal Government. Problem is something about an interstate commerce clause somehow through a liberal supreme court all of a sudden makes everything federal. Pretty soon states will start leaving the union. The feds have abused the constitution. They forgot to read the fine print however. Once the feds start acting outside the constitution then everyone has the right to not be bound by the constitution. Then what? Have you noticed the surge in gun sales. We are gettting ready to have a civil war again. This federal government needs to be brought back down to size. I am ready. The beauty of state rights is that if you don't like the rules in one state you are free to move to 49 other states. It's getting a little ridiculous now with the federal government. The constitution clearly reads that states and individuals have way more rights than the feds. People are so stupid around these United States today. The end is almost near. I don't know what you pantywaist libs will do when we divide. Clearly the military will be on our side. Who will save your sissy asses then?article X of the bill of rights says that the powers not delegated to the united states by the constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
