Sorry i havent been around lately been really busy.....
Eitherway Im thinking about getting a new camera. Im thinking the
Canon Digital Rebel XTi . What are your thoughts on this camera?
TiAI hear nothing but good for the price...and as stated above, with the new XSI coming out, the prices will surely drop. wish would have waited for the XTi....but now I'm glad that I'm saving for the 40D.yep same camerai would wait for the xsi cause it'll be cheaper.I plan on picking it up from costco they package it with

Extreme Temperature ResistantDunnno what sort of time frame you have on upgrading, but witht he release of the XSi recently, the price should drop soon on the XTi. A great camera for the money. Chocked full of features, only downside is the plasticy build and tiny viewfinder. Try it out first to see how it feels. I find it a bit small and I have small hands.It is getting so much cheaper now. A bargain for its capabilityIf this is the 400D as we know it in the UK - I am sure you will enjoy it.
