When your sister doesn't like your gf (she can't stand her), and your gf doesn't like your sister, does that put a lot of stress you? Or could you really care less about what your sister and gf think of each other, as long as you are happy with your gf?
I dated a guy who had a sister that hated me and I couldn't stand her. Needless to say the relationship didn't work out, every time she would see me with him she would give me dirty looks. It would upset me when he gave her more attention. It was awful.That would bother me because i am close to my sister. If my gf is mean to her that would be a massive turn off. it would actually make me a little mad. I would just try to make them understand eachothers differences and maybe they will be nicer to each other, hopefully. idk im a girl!

precisely. your sister is your sister, shes not your brain, not your conscience, not even your legal proxy, who is empowered to make decisions for you in your absence or unavalibilty.
so why give a flying f**k about her opinion? everyone is entitled to ine, just cos she has it, doesnt mean you have to agree.
tell your sister this:
"I dont care what you think of (insert girlfriends name here), i really care for her, and im happy with her. so you can sook and moan all you want about her, but don't think im going to end it because you're jealous." (or similar. at this point, id suggest walking away, as she'd probably be a bit mad XD)
